Quick start tips
Get the most out of your clean!
Choose your water temperature
Cold or warm – both work perfectly! Stick between 10°C - 50°C for best performance.
Prep the pad
Rinse the pad under the tap and skip the wringing! Press the nozzle firmly onto the pad when you're ready to mop.
Don’t mind the foam
If you see some foaming, it’s just your OneUp removing any old detergent residue. Keep mopping – no harm done!
Maximize performance
Use Philips OneUp Floor Cleaner for up to 40 cleanings per cartridge and to keep your OneUp in top shape.
Pad care tips
Wash your pad with a half load and 1000 RPM. Choose 40°C to ensure thorough cleaning, to avoid damages to the pad and to save energy. No softeners or tumble drying. No wringing. Replace your pad every 6 months for peak results.
